Meet Our VPs!

I hope you’re not tired of meeting people yet because we’ve got plenty of fantastic people yet to be introduced!

After a little reformation to the structure of the Schey’s Candidate Advisory Council, we now have six Vice Presidents:

  • VP of People
  • VP of External Relation
  • VP of Operations
  • VP of Marketing
  • VP of Strategic Initiatives
  • VP of Collaborations

This week, the spotlight is focused on the first three VPs. Tune in again in two weeks to catch up with the rest!

Drum roll please…

Avery Pantaleano – VP of People

Avery Pantaleano

If you’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting Avery, you’d get why he was voted VP of People—he just has a way with them!

He’s an incoming Senior from Willoughby, Ohio, and he is studying Mechanical Engineering. This summer, Avery is working at RMF Engineering, which is an engineering design firm in Columbus. RMF designs methods of transportation and distribution of utilities (steam, electricity, hot water, etc.) for campuses like Ohio State University and Ohio University.

When Avery isn’t blowing us away with his intelligence, he enjoys skiing, hiking, biking. Although he is enjoying city life in Columbus this summer, he’s excited to get back to the hills of Athens.

Andre Whiteleather – VP of External Relations

Andre Whiteleather

Andre is another one of our candidates that you’ll flip for (he’s been a cheerleader at Ohio University for the past two years so he can teach you how).

Andre is a rising Senior from Minerva, Ohio. He is majoring in Marketing and Finance along with the Sales Certificate. He is spending his summer in the San Francisco Bay Area as a Business and Sales Development Intern at Jiff, one of our Corporate Partners. Jiff is an enterprise health benefits platform that is able to reduce healthcare costs for employers through analytics, design, and digital technology.

In addition to the Sales Centre, Andre is a part of the College of Business Honors Program and College of Business Connect Group. Spending his summer in the Bay Area, Andre has the opportunity to explore San Francisco, Oakland, Napa, and Sonoma Valley and Yosemite National Park. During his last weekend on the West Coast, Andre will be running in the San Francisco Half Marathon. He is fired up for this amazing opportunity but is looking forward to get back to the beautiful town of Athens, Ohio.

Erica Ytterbo – VP of Operations

Erica Ytterbo

Looking for a woman who knows how to take control in a crowded room? Someone to flawlessly deliver a speech while battling laryngitis? Let me introduce you to the one and only Erica Ytterbo.

Erica is an upcoming Senior, majoring in Marketing and Business Law. She is spending her summer with one of our Corporate Partners, Alliance Data, a Fortune 500 company that sells credit card programs, marketing solutions, and data analytics. Erica will be exposed to a wide realm of the company and will have the chance to participate in many shadows days where she will see the ins and outs of account teams, field teams, and brand execution.

Erica is also the VP of Professional Development for the American Marketing Association for the second year. She also spent the summer of 2015, interning at yet another Corporate Partner, RevLocal, learning and experiencing the world of Digital Marketing. She’s had such a great summer at Alliance Data already and it’s only been a couple weeks! Who knows what else is in store for her this summer?
I don’t need to tell you how much talent the members of the top sales program in the nation possess—the evidence speaks for itself. There are still three more VPs to introduce so come back on June 27th to hear all about them!
